Class Description
A2L refrigerant changes will be here before we know it, most manufactures are getting equipment ready to roll out to Dealers in 2024. If you have read any of the trade papers, the information coming out seems to be vague at best. How is this going to affect your business, your employees, and our customers? How do you keep everyone safe? The transition is still a work in progress and there will be changes as this takes effect. O’Connor University has a class to answer the current questions surrounding the A2L transition. This short 2.5-hour class will dive into what we know are facts and explain how to meet this transition with training.

Charles Wilkerson
Charles Wilkerson has been in the HVAC industry for 30 years. Starting out as a maintenance technician and working his way to lead technician. Charles found a passion in education and training for the HVAC industry where he became an instructor for a local community college. During that time Charles was able to build heating and cooling training programs from the ground up. He recognized the need for Training and Support in the Field.
Following education, Charles became a General Manager of a small heating and cooling company where he was faced with the same training and support needs that most dealers face. Charles is committed to bringing education, training, and support to the next generation of service technicians through his employment with the O’Connor company.
