How to Engage Customers, Increase Ticket Sales, and Save Customers Money All at the Same Time. How can I save customers money and increase my revenue all at the same time? Heat pumps. Why a heat pump? What’s the big deal? What does it do?

These are the questions most contractors are asking themselves. In this course, we will walk our way through the simple way – heat pumps transfer heat – and will give you the ability to explain this to a customer that has no understanding of how or why they work. Plus, we will talk about the elephant in the room “This area is too cold for heat pumps!” and other misconceptions and show you how to use facts to prove value and overcome sales objections.

Charles Wilkerson has been in the HVAC industry for 30 years. Starting out as a maintenance technician and working his way to lead technician. Charles found a passion in education and training for the HVAC industry where he became an instructor for a local community college. During that time Charles was able to build heating and cooling training programs from the ground up. He recognized the need for Training and Support in the Field. Following education, Charles became a General Manager of a small heating and cooling company where he was faced with the same training and support needs that most dealers face. Charles is committed to bringing education, training, and support to the next generation of service technicians through his employment with the O’Connor company.
