Class Description
Fall Service Training will prepare you and your technicians for the customer calls that will lead you into fall and winter. This will cover all the latest fall service topics and bulletins and updates on refrigerant transition.
This class is both in-person & online.
Class Instructors
Fred Simpson
Fred has been in the HVAC/R industry since 1982. He was a service technician for 27 of those years as a residential, commercial, and industrial journeyman technician. In 2010, Fred was appointed as a commercial equipment and control integration regional service manager and corporate trainer. Since 2010, Fred has served as a technical support specialist, technical trainer, service engineer, and design and application engineer for both residential and commercial HVAC equipment at the factory level and in distribution.
