"The course is designed to provided a comprehensive overview of Trane heat pumps and air handlers. Topics will included application, installation, airflow, troubleshooting, A2L, and R454B refrigerant, as well as where to find and use the online Refrigerant Piping program.

Richard Williams
Richard Williams has over 37 years of HVAC industry experience working in a number of roles including technician and field service representative for Trane and is currently a field service representative (FSR) for the O’Connor Company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Richard has his Texas Air Conditioning Contractors License as well as NATE Certifications. He has also been a member of RSES since 1987.
